Consistent Viewer Workspace – The PACS Viewer provides a single viewer for use in diagnostic, clinical, web and referring physician environments. The viewer downloads the user’s personal profile and tool set from the central server and applies it to the user’s current workstation. The familiar user interface reduces training time and increases user acceptance.


3-D Image Rendering – PACS Viewer creates and displays 3-D objects. Create a volume from a single CT or MRI series, rotate it, define cut planes, and filter through objects using the lens tool. 3-D objects can be saved, annotated, archived, and attached to a report.

Integrated Reporting – Dictate reports or select customized canned reports from the PACS Viewer. Transcription and approval tools included. Reports can be sent to a RIS or archived with the images.

Speech Recognition – Our PACS Viewer supports embedded speech recognition with Dragon Naturally Speaking and SpeechMagic. Transcribe and display a dictated report on the report panel, and initiate approval by voice command. The PACS Viewer also supports Nuance’s Powerscribe, seamlessly integrating the extended feature set of this report management solution.


Orthopedic Templating – Our PACS Viewer integrates Meridian Technique’s OrthoViewTM, an advanced orthopedic templating technology used for selecting prosthetic devices. Select electronic templates from leading device manufacturers. Choose the most appropriate prosthetic device prior to surgery, including full measurements, sizes, and part numbers.

AVI Video Player – Our PACS Viewer converts a real-time multi-frame sequence of images to an AVI video file, especially useful for ultrasounds or MRIs. Select the synchronized frame rate play back speed, or save the AVI file to your workstation.


Digital Mammography Tools – The PACS Viewer provides mammography tools which include synchronized linking, hanging protocol sets, mirrored-image mode, support for CAD objects, BIRAD support in reports, and mammography-specific hanging protocols.

Multi-planar Reconstruction – Viewer supports a MPR plug-in module to create orthogonal or oblique customized views from a single series of CT or MRI images. Scroll through, annotate, and save the MPR series, or attach it to a report as a key image.


Digital Mask Subtraction – PACS Viewer includes a digital mask subtraction plugin module to eliminate unnecessary detail from images. This feature allows you to focus on significant anatomies and aids in diagnosis.


Spine Labeling Tools – Among its list of annotation tools, It employs a spine labeling tool for labeling vertebral bodies and disk interspaces, using predefined labels and automated progression to mark the images. Intersecting points in all orthogonal planes are automatically marked with the same label.

DICOM Printing – Our PACS supports DICOM printing as a standard part of the Viewer. A print manager allows the user to define the film sheet layout, select and arrange the images, add overlays and demographics, request the number of copies needed, and submit the request to any DICOM-compliant film or paper printer.

Calcium Scoring – PACS calcium scoring plugin is a module for measuring calcium deposits that build up within the walls of the coronary arteries and generating reports. The technique is used as an early indicator of coronary artery disease, and can predict an increased risk of future coronary events such as a heart attack.

Image Fusion – Image Fusion plugin module combines PET/CT and SPECT/ CT structural and functional images sharing complementary spatial resolution characteristics into a single volume. Tools include orthogonal and volume oriented view controls, alpha bending, color spectrum application, and MIP view.
