Case registry

GDM handles the registry of current and closed cases. You can add responsibles to the cases, and set the user privileges at different levels. GDM handles logical connections between the cases.
You can set termins (deadlines) to cases, GDM warns the users before they occur. The entitled users may allocate the cases for handling to users.
All documents move only electronically.
Managers allowed to check the advancement of the cases, and all the statistics of the users.
You can also record files, result of meetings and negotiations relating to cases.

GDM stores the incoming and outgoing files and documents. The incoming sheets will be scanned, and registered. The outgoing files can be estreated and posted. GDM can entitle envelopes automatically.

Contract management

GDM stores the basic data of your contracts, the related documents in searchable digital format, and the data of the related invoices. GDM warns before a contract expire. When integrated to financial applications, GDM sends the invoice data automatically.

Searchable documents

GDM stores to partners, cases, events and contracts the attachments in a searchable way for all the popular file formats, like DOC, DOCX, PDF, ODS, ODT, XML, HTML, E-mail. GDM also stores the meta-data of the documents.
GDM contains a higly detailed search function. You can search cases, events, and also text from the attached documents.

GDM is integrated into:

    You can register emails direct from Outlook. From Word and Excel your documents can be stored into the GDM as part of a case.
  • Intranet integration:
    You can register your cases from your intranet solution.
  • SpeechMagic integration:
    When using SpeechMagic, you can directly dictate through a voice recognition into GDM.
